Information submitted through this site is used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and provide requested services. Brock Entertainment does not sell personal information.

Wedding Vibe Check

Vibe Check submissions include your contact details and music preferences. We use them to prepare your sample music plan and respond to you. The native Vibe Check shares music preference fields with OpenAI to generate suggestions; your name, email, wedding date and venue fields are excluded from that AI request. Avoid putting private information in your music notes. We use Resend to email your results and a private result link. Your submissions and playlists are visible to you through that private link and to Brock Entertainment through the protected manager. Anyone with your private result link can view that submission. Contact brock@djbrockentertainment.com to request removal. The previous Google Form remains in use while the new version is being connected.

Event feedback

Our feedback form collects your star rating, DJ, name, event date and any comments you choose to share. Brock Entertainment uses these responses to review and improve our service. Responses are stored in a private dashboard. A hashed network identifier helps limit spam. Submitting feedback does not publish a review; optional links take you to independent review websites, which have their own privacy policies. School song requests

Our school song request form collects the event code, song title, artist and submission time. It does not ask for student names, emails or other contact information. A random identifier saved in your browser is hashed separately for each event to limit repeat submissions. Requests are available only to Brock Entertainment’s event manager and are compiled for event preparation. Contact brock@djbrockentertainment.com for questions about your information.
