Back in Purple at the Northwest Arkansas Walk to End Alzheimer’s

A morning full of purple, good people and a cause we love supporting. We were glad to be back at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Fayetteville.

A morning we always look forward to

We spent this morning at Razorback Gardens on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville for the 2026 Northwest Arkansas Walk to End Alzheimer’s. We’ve been part of this event for many years, and we love getting to come back.

The people, the purpose and the way this community shows up for each other make it something special. Being able to bring music and energy to a morning like this is one of my favorite parts of what we do at Brock Entertainment.

Every flower has a story behind it

One of the moments that stays with you is seeing all those flowers held up during the ceremony. You look around the gardens and realize how many different stories have brought people to the same place.

Some are walking in honor of someone they love. Some are remembering someone they miss. Others are caregivers, friends and neighbors who want to help. There is a lot of love in that crowd, and you can feel it.

Then everybody starts walking together. Seeing those teams come down the path with their flowers and banners is a pretty great reminder of what this event brings out in people.

We were already dressed for the occasion

Of course, I have to mention the purple. It’s the color of Brock Entertainment, so this is one event where matching the theme takes absolutely no effort on our part. Finally, all those purple clothes are paying off.

I love seeing the gardens filled with it. For this morning, that color connects a whole community around a cause that matters. We’re happy to add a little more purple to the picture.

Keep supporting the cause

The Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s raises awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. The work continues long after everyone heads home from the gardens.

It is all about giving back

Thank you to the Alzheimer’s Association team, the organizers, volunteers, sponsors and everyone who came out today. Putting on a morning like this takes a lot of people, and we’re grateful we get to be part of it.

Northwest Arkansas has supported Brock Entertainment for a long time. Being part of events like this is one way we get to show up for the community we love. We’ve loved being involved for so many years, and today was another reminder of why.
